15 more days...

posted by tristan @ 8/24/2005 11:46:00 PM

I haven't been blogging actively for the past few weeks. This suggest that I'm either busy with work or just simply lazy. Yes, I'm just lazy. Work has been pretty ok, definitely not in a bottleneck situation. Everything is relax and set at an easy pace.

15 more days before the "long awaited" enlistment day is here. During this period of time, I'm probed with questions like "Are you scared?" "Have you started your monster-training-routine?" "Are you prepared?" The answer is NO to the above questions.

Seriously, I'm not scared but not to the extend of excited either. (That person must be crazy to be excited because I simply find it a waste of time) I'm just a bit uncomfortable as to whom I'll meet, who'll be my buddy. If I'm going to be partnering with a stupid a**hole who creates nothing but trouble, I spell DEAD with a capital D for the next 13 weeks. At the same time, there may also be possibility that I may create trouble for people. Sometimes, things just happen the other way round, and there's no reason to explain. Either which, I just hope both scenerio won't happen.

With regards to my personal physical fitness level, I just need to warm up my muscles a little, as in going for a jog and doing push up frequently. I need to loosen those tighten muscles since god knows when I last exercise.

And surprisingly, I received a call from Vincent this afternoon. Did I tell you the life in PES C? They just sleep during free time, and what now, Vincent is obviously driving me nuts when he told me that he and his platoon mates are going for a short trip during the 1 week break after POP. However, this somehow added a little motivation in me. Well, if I'm able to travel, it would happen somewhere in early December. Where should I go then?

**I hope you can understand that this kind of motivation is crucial.

So much so, its time for bed. Did you know I've been having nightmares for the past few nights?
